During the COVID-19 pandemic, American Mattress is taking additional measures to ensure our customers and employees remain safe while also following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.

Retail Stores

American Mattress has always maintained safe hygienic practices in all retail locations. Each store requires masks by both employees and customers.

Delivery Services

We have always prided ourselves on mattress deliveries being handled with care and safe practices. Additionally, we are taking extra precautions to address the safety of our drivers and customers within their homes. 

These additional measures include:

• Every bed at American Mattress is delivered in sealed, plastic bags.
• The American Mattress delivery teams are cleaning the trucks twice a day.
• We are using gloves during mattress deliveries as requested.
• We are actively wiping down all touchpoints including tablets and phones with alcohol-based screen wipes during every delivery.
• We have enhanced the regular cleaning of our warehouse and all high traffic areas.
• We are sealing all mattresses in our customer’s home prior to placing in our delivery truck during mattress removal.
