    • Providing exceptional guest service while driving sales with the American Mattress buying process
    • Assigned training and development to remain current on products, sales, and programs
    • Ensure store is properly merchandised, and correct sale material is displayed in‑store
    • Inventory management & control
    • Ensuring stores meet company standards and policies

    Requirements are:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • To be part of the American Mattress Family
    • Ability to work well with others
    • Ability to work holidays, weekends, and evenings
