Need your mattress delivered? No problem, will be ready when you are! We have both FREE and our premium white glove delivery service for you that is tailored to YOUR schedule.
American Mattress is committed to delivering your mattress and furniture in the most efficient manner possible. Deliveries can be made within 24-48 hours of your purchase, within a 2 hour delivery window. We will provide professional, knowledgeable, delivery staff that will come to your home in a highly identifiable truck, and our uniformed drivers will assemble and place your new mattress. We’ll even remove your old mattress set for you.
Your delivery options include:
- Customer Pick Up - FREE: At store or warehouse
- Front Door Delivery - FREE: Mattress and foundation delivery to your entryway or garage (removal of old set not included; minimum purchase of $499 or more is required)
- Premium Delivery - $99.99: Includes mattress and bed frame assembly plus removal of ol mattress
- Deluxe White Glove Delivery - $149.99: Includes mattress and bed frame assembly, removal of old mattress plus full installation and assembly of adjustable base

Out of State / Out of Area Delivery - $300.00
We offer national door-to-door service with full shipment visibility. We offer only White Glove delivery for your product assembly & installation. From start to finish, we will oversee the movement of your product to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Our distribution services allows our customers to ship heavy-weight goods to any zip code within the 50 United States.
We’re experts in handling heavy consumer goods – most anything weighing in excess of 50 lbs. We’re skilled at handling furniture and much more. The well-trained delivery teams are uniformed, carry photo identification, receive background checks, and provide service in late model delivery vehicles. Your delivery experience is our highest priority.

Your products will be picked up from our warehouse, and then delivered to one of our last-mile delivery terminals. From there we complete the delivery to your home. Depending on your deliveries final destination, out of state deliveries will be completed within 4-6 weeks. This comprehensive service includes all destination points as we have complete geographic coverage of the U.S.
National Restrictions
No returns or comfort exchanges on out of state deliveries. Redelivery applies for warranty exchanges. All sales are final. Price can vary depending on certain areas.
Store Policy
Out of State Deliveries & Closeouts
There are no returns, comfort guarantees or size exchanges on out of state deliveries or closeouts. All sales are final.
Adjustable Beds & Bed Frames
There are no comfort guarantees or size exchanges on adjustable beds and bed frames. All sales are final.
Accessories
Any accessory including, but not limited to, sheets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, futon covers and futon pillows are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Special Orders
American Mattress will be happy to special order products for you. All special orders require a full payment before ordering. There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on special orders. All deposits placed on special order items are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Closeout Items
There are no comfort guarantees or size exchanges on any closeout and clearance items. All sales are final.
Stained Mattresses
Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void any warranty or comfort guarantee. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.
120 Night Comfort Guarantee
American Mattress will gladly exchange your mattress set for one of equal value or greater value. A waterproof mattress protector must be purchased on same the same receipt to qualify for the comfort guarantee. No refunds will be issued. This comfort guarantee is a one-time exchange; valid for 120 days; does not apply to the exchanged bed and requires a 30-day minimum trial.
Products must be in “like new” condition and free from any damage or stains. A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for any comfort guarantee exchange.
Futons, accessories, floor models, and/or closeouts do not qualify for a comfort exchange. Re-delivery for a comfort exchange is an additional fee.
Online Return
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 48 hours of receiving it. To begin the return process, you must notify your product expert within the 48 hours grace period. Products must be returned in brand new condition and packaged in their original box including all packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories included. Products must also be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 25% restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Special Orders
Special order merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.
Customer Commitment
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
